Add the website

Each shop you track is one website in Quomerce. Adding it starts uptime checks. Shop analytics (sessions, funnel, replays and issues) is a separate switch, so you turn it on next.

Add it

1. Sign in at app.quomerce.com.

2. Open Websites and click Add website.

3. Fill in the form:

   Field	What to type
   Website address	A bare domain (example-shop.com) or a full URL. Required.
   Name	Optional. Defaults to the domain.

4. Click Add website. Quomerce opens the website’s shop analytics section. The first uptime check runs within about a minute.

If you see an error:

• “You are already monitoring that website.” The website is already in this account.
• “That does not look like a website address.” Check for typos.
• “Your plan does not cover another website.” Your plan’s website limit is reached.

Turn on shop analytics

1. Open the website and go to Install & setup (under Configure in the sidebar).

2. Click Turn on shop analytics. Only a manager or the owner of the account can do this.

3. The page now shows Your site key with the Public key (pk_live_…) and the hosts it is Accepted from.

The public key is safe to publish

The key goes into your pages, so anyone can see it. It can only send data for this website, and only from the allowed domains. It can never read data.
